You may want to make certain choices as you see your home come together. Choices can be made throughout the build, and we will help keep you on track to make choices on time to avoid schedule delays. We can provide pricing for changes and help make recommendations on how they will affect the investment and retained value of your home.
We have existing relationships with suppliers that we use to help you get the best prices. If there is certain materials or appliances you wish to provide, we are happy to work with you and can provide credits as applicable.
We provide online access for our clients to view schedule progress, photos of their home, and important documents throughout their build. Progress is updated regularly at major milestones, and you will be able to view it at any time from your computer or smartphone.
We provide a one-year builder's home warranty along with 10-year progressive new home warranty for any structural issues. Our goal is always to do things right. We will provide a full onsite inspection and support during the post-possession process to ensure your utmost satisfaction as you settle into life in your new standard or custom luxury home.
We offer a range of energy-efficiency features such as tri-pane windows in all our homes. We can offer additional upgrades for any level of energy efficiency you desire, even a net-zero home. We can help you navigate available incentives and understand potential Hydro savings.

We work as a team to make your home build as smooth and headache-free as possible. You will be provided with points of contact who will communicate with you about all aspects of your build.
We offer various pricing models to ensure we can find one that works for you. We can enter into a fixed-price contract once your design has been finalized, or we can build on a cost-plus basis.
