We are proud to offer many premium features standard in all our homes. Quartz countertops throughout, soft-close drawers and cabinets, 9ft main floor ceilings, triple-pane windows, and premium Berkeley style doors are just some of the features we provide standard. You may want to make certain choices as you see your home come together. Choices can be made throughout the build and we will help keep you on track to make choices on time to avoid schedule delays. We can provide pricing for changes and help make recommendations on how they will affect the value of your home.

We have existing relationships with suppliers that we use to help you get the best prices. If there is certain materials or appliances you wish to provide we are happy to work with you and can provide credits as applicable.

We provide online access for our clients to view schedule progress, photos of their home, and important documents throughout their build. Progress is updated regularly at major milestones and you will be able to view it at any time from your computer or smartphone.

We provide a one year builder's home warranty along with 10 year progressive new home warranty for any structural issues.

We offer a range of energy-efficiency features such as tri-pane windows in all our homes. We can offer additional upgrades for any level of energy efficiency you desire, even a net-zero home. We can help you navigate available incentives and understand potential Hydro savings.

We have a range of plans available to choose from, but we are happy to work with you on your own custom plans as well. For custom homes, we will set up consultations with you to help create the exact design you envision, or we can use existing plans you may have.

Each of our home builds has an experienced site supervisor, selections coordinator, and construction manager assigned to it. We work as a team to make your home build as smooth and headache free as possible. You will be provided with points of contact who will communicate with you about all aspects of your build.

We offer various pricing models to ensure we can find one that works for you. We can enter into a fixed-price contract once your design has been finalized, or we can build on a cost-plus basis.

We build homes of all sizes from smaller attached homes to large detached builds. We will work with you to find a home design and size which fits your lifestyle and budget.
